2023 Captain's Report - Letchworth

At last! Our season has begun. 19 members plus Adam Levey (guest) ventured into the wilds of Letchworth. Despite 8 holes of rain a good day was had by all.

The draw was particularly enjoyed by Mr Turley.

Good to see a few of our more mature members

turn out and they were instructed on the finer

points of club throwing by our chairman!

No major incidents on the course but it was very studious of the Letchworth team to pre warn others that Jim was about to tee off.

Well done Jim as this was your nearest the pin shot.

Winner of the Kimpton Spoon singles competition - Damian McPhun

Winners of the Trio Trophy - Damian McPhun, Gary Marsh and John Holmes.

Well done to those guys and all the others - nearest the pin, par 3 points, best front 9, best back nine.
