October 2025 - Mid Herts

CAPTAINS REPORT

A short trip to Mid Herts concluded the 2025 programme and our 50th year.

Our 28th visit where we have played 1974 rounds of golf.

The whole team at the club - green keepers, kitchen, bar and hub - deserved a big thank you for a great day for the 35 golfers who were joined by non-playing members for a hearty breakfast.

Simon Thompson kindly provided prizes for the winners on the day (see below).

Ricki Easton won the fourball voucher donated by the club.

Thanks to everyone who has played this year and the Captains committee and ‘volunteers’ for the smooth running of each event.
