CAPTAINS REPORT

First visited in 2019, Whitehill has quickly become a firm favourite with the Society. Of course there’s the golf and great food but it’s the friendly atmosphere and warm welcome with everyone wanting to go the extra mile that stands out for me.

The hard and running undulating course proved to be a real test even before you got to the greens which were in excellent condition, true but very fast.

Thanks to Julien for providing an excellent choice of wine from France for the prizes, including plenty of Rose’.

As always a team effort to make the day run smoothly, well done to all the winners.

Next up is the Society Social on 31st August, followed a week later by Captains Day at West Herts.
