Rain Stops Play

Well the first golf day didn’t turn out as we expected, so I thought you would like to see what a green looks like in the rain!

Think the maintenance team need to cut it a bit lower.

I believe we managed to stop everyone before they got to the club. However poor Jim Rowe got to Bishops Stortford before he found out. Sorry Jim. Thanks to everyone who told other golfers not to bother.

Oh well onward and upwards to Letchworth on the 27th April. I am sure it will make our return to this course even more special.

Details nearer the time but bacon roll, golf then dinner.
